Banquet Hall Rental Information
The Lodge at Marlboro is the perfect facility for any type of family event, such as weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers, and retirement parties. Our Banquet Room is available seven days a week. Seating will accommodate 200 people comfortably.
The Banquet Hall is a 40 ft x 80 ft banquet sized room decorated beautifully with hardwood floors. The Banquet Hall opens out onto an outdoor balcony overlooking the wooded property. For larger parties, an adjacent room is available to accommodate the additional tables for refreshments.
The Hall can also be arranged to host seminars. Please ask about our seminar pricing.
The rental fee is $275.00 per hour. All food and beverages (with the exception of the cake) must be purchased from the facility at the Lodge at Marlboro or through the preferred caterer. A $200.00 security deposit is required at the time the contract is signed to reserve your event date. Payment is accepted in cash, money order or certified check. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
The security deposit is not included in the rental fee. Damages to the Lodge property, event cancellation or any agreement violations will cause forfeiture of the security deposit. Full payment of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date in the form of cash, money order or certified check.
If alcohol is served, there is a service charge of $20.00 per hour for each bartender.
Catering is provided from a list of Preferred Caterers. Menus and price information can be obtained from the caterer. All arrangements for catering services are made directly with the caterer selected from the Preferred Caterer list. Caterers other than those on our Preferred List are not permitted.
The client is responsible for decorating the Banquet Hall for the event . The Banquet Hall is available two hours immediately prior to the event for decorating and deliveries at no charge to the client.
The FOP Lodge will set up the tables and chairs. Arrangements are made between the caterer and the client for the clearing of items after the event. If the caterer is not contracted to clear the debris, the client is responsible for clearing and the disposal of event debris.
The FOP does not allow use of the facility for cabarets, dances or functions to which tickets are sold or an entry fee is charged.

The rate is $600.00 per day, which includes the exclusive use of the facilities from 9:00AM to dusk.

The client is responsible for the cleaning and removal of all trash and debris at the end of the event. The client is not permitted to return the next day to clean up.
DJ’s are allowed to play music. However, bands ARE NOT permitted.
Glass bottles or containers are NOT permitted on the field or pavilion.
Client is responsible for moving any picnic tables back under the pavilion if they are moved.
The field and pavilion area is to be cleared of trash by the client and empty trash into the dumpster provided.
If the BBQ grill is used, the grill is to be emptied of all charcoal remnants and safely and properly disposed of.
The ball field lights are not to be used.
Arrival on the field or pavilion is not permitted before 9:00AM
