FOP Logo Tags are offered to our Active and Retired members only. FOP 89 Active and Retired members interested in purchasing FOP tags for their vehicles must send in a copy of their National FOP Card or PGPD Police ID, a copy of the Maryland registration with the members name on it as the owner or co-owner, and a check for $15.00 per vehicle made out to FOP Lodge 89. Our goal is to have the application package returned to applicant member within two weeks of the chairperson receiving member information. Note: Members must provide a current and accurate address; FOP 89 is not responsible for non-delivery and/or replacement cost of application due to submission of incorrect address. You will then sign the application provided by the chairperson, and follow instructions provided. Glen Burnie is the only MVA authorized to issue FOP Tags. Only Active and Retired members are eligible to display FOP tags on their vehicles; spouses, children and relatives are not eligible unless the members name is on the registration. FOP Lodge 89 does not maintain the applications at the Lodge.
