Schlachman, Belsky and Weiner also offers our members a pre-paid legal plan. All Active FOP Lodge 89 members are covered under the prepaid legal plan, paid by FOP Lodge 89.

Retirees who wish to join the pre-paid legal plan, are eligible to do so during their open enrollment period each year. The Open Enrollment period is December 1st through January 31st each year. The cost of the Pre-Paid Legal Plan is $50.00. Any interested retiree should fill out the pre-paid legal plan form. All checks for the Prepaid legal plan should be made out to Schlachman Belsky and Weiner and mailed to PO Box 1658, Upper Marlboro, MD 20773-1658. FOP Tags are offered to our Active and Retired members only. Active and Retired members interested in purchasing FOP tags for their vehicles must send in a copy of their FOP Card or Police ID, a copy of the Maryland registration with the members name on it as the owner or co-owner, and a check for $12.00 per vehicle made out to FOP Lodge 89. Once this information is received, the tag chairperson will fill out the tag application and mail it to your home address within two weeks of receipt of your information. You will then need to take the application filled out by the chairperson to Glen Burnie MVA. Glen Burnie is the only MVA authorized to issue FOP Tags. Sorry only Active and Retired members are eligible to put FOP tags on their vehicles, spouses, children and relatives are not eligible unless the members name is on the registration. FOP Lodge 89 does not have the applications at the Lodge.

The FOP Lodge 89 Banquet Room and Field/Pavilion is available for rental. There is a discount given to our Active and Retired members for immediate family (Immediate family is: the members' spouse, parents, and children only) functions, such as weddings, receptions, family reunions, family birthday parties. Rentals for other events can also be booked at the regular rate, such as class reunions, business seminars, retirement, parties, etc. For further information please call 301-952-7684.

FOP Lodge 89 offers the Dominion Dental Plan. The Dominion Dental plan is a DMO plan and is offered to our Active, Retired, and Associate members. The open enrollment for the Dominion Dental coincides with the County's open enrollment each year. Dominion Dental offers a list of dentists for you to chose from.
