RENTAL INFORMATION
The FOP Lodge #89 Banquet Hall is the perfect facility for any type of family events such as weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers, and retirement parties. The Banquet room is 40 ft x 80 ft, decorated beautifully with carpet, drapes, wall coverings, and a woodend dance floor. The banquet room opens out onto an outdoor balcony overlooking the wooded property. for larger parties an adjacent room is available to accomodate the additional tables for refreshments.
Seating will accomodate 200 people comfortably. The FOP will set up the tables and chairs as directed.
The rental fee for a family event is $200.00 per hour.
The FOP does not allow use of the facility for cabarets, dances or functions to which tickets are sold or an entry fee is charged.
A $200.00 security deposit is required, in the form of money order, cashiers check, or cash, at the time your agreement is signed to reserve your date. This deposit is not included in the rental fee. If the event is canceled, or there are any other damages to the Lodge property, or any violations to the agreement, there will be a forfeiture of the security deposit. The renter is responsible for their guests. Any violation of the agreement will constitute the shutting down of the event and forfeiture of the security deposit.
FULL payment of the rental fee is due in the form of a certified check, money order or cash 30 days prior to the date of your event.
IF alcohol is being served and attendance is under 100 people one bartender is required at an additional rate of $15.00 per hour. If attendance is 100 to 200 people, two bartenders are required at an additional rate of $30.00 per hour. All alcohol must be purchased from the Lodge.
If no bar is required, an additional service charge of $15.00 per hour will be applied to the rental fee for an FOP Manager to be on premises during the event.
FOP Lodge 89 is a non-smoking facility.
Smoking is permitted in front of the building and on the
balcony surrounding the Banquet Hall.
All catering is provided from a list of our Preferred Caterers. Menus and price information can be obtained from the caterer. All arrangements for catering services are made directly with the caterer selected from the Preferred Caterer list. Caterers other than those on our Preferred List are not permitted.

The client is responsible for decorating the Banquet Hall for their event. Access to the Banquet Hall may begin three hours prior to the event start time in order to decorate and receive deliveries. There is no charge for the three hour set up time prior to your event.
The Lodge will set up the tables and chairs as arranged by Event Coordinator and the client. Arrangements are made between the caterer and the client for the clearing of items after the event. If the caterer is not contracted to clear the debris, the client is responsible for cleaning and the disposal of event debris.

Please note - No personal or business checks are accepted for security
deposit, rental fees, bartender or bar fees. Payment must be made

FIELD / PAVILION
RENTAL INFORMATION
The rate is $450.00 for exclusive use of the field/pavilion facility for the day, 9am until dusk.
FULL payment of the rental fee is due 30 days before the event in the form of a certified check, money order or cash.
The field/pavilion at FOP Lodge 89 includes a covered pavilion with an ample number of large picnic tables to host your outing. The covered pavilion is equipped with electrical outlets. There is a neatly groomed fenced softball field, children's playground and a full size basketball court. The BBQ grill is also available for barbequing your picnic fare.
D.J.’s are allowed to play music, however, bands ARE NOT permitted. No glass bottles or containers are permitted on the field or pavilion.
A $200.00 security deposit is required, in the form of
certified check, money order, or cash, when the agreement is signed to
reserve the event. The security deposit is not included in the rental fee.
If the event is canceled, if the field is not cleaned to specifications
of the contract, if there are any damages to the Lodge property, or any
violations to the contract, the security deposit is forfeited.
