FOP License Tag Program: FOP emblem series tags may be obtained by active and retired members of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #89.  The FOP tags identify the members as law enforcement officers.  Applications for these tags may be obtained by sending a check for $12.00 per registration made out to FOP #89 (or cash in the exact amount please), a copy of your current FOP membership card, and a copy of your vehicle registration (the registration must have the active or retired FOP #89 members name as the owner or co-owner) to FOP #89, PO Box 566, Upper Marlboro, MD  20773, Attention:  Pam McKay or send it to Cpl. Pam McKay  at the FOP Lodge via Departmental Mail.  Once your information is received, the application will be filled out and mailed to your home address.Please allow two weeks.

FOP Dental Plan: The FOP offers Dominion Dental Plan 609S to our Active, Retired, and Associate Members.   Office visits, x-rays, silver fillings at no charge and major services such as root canals, crowns, bridge work at a reduction.  The open enrollment period for Active and Retired Members each year for the Dominion Dental Plan is in the fall and coincides with the County's open enrollment to be effective January 1st.  Open enrollment for Associate Members is in November of each year to be effective January 1st.
